By accessing or using Agentera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Agentera is a brand intelligence platform that enriches product catalogues with structured data for AI shopping agents. The Service integrates with Shopify and provides tools for brand intelligence generation, catalogue enrichment, and AI agent discovery.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of your product data and brand content. Agentera retains ownership of the platform, enrichment algorithms, and generated structured data formats. Enriched product attributes generated by Agentera are licensed to you for use in connection with your products.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the alpha period. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
