• Shopify store URL and OAuth access tokens (when you connect your store)
• Product catalogue data synced from your Shopify store
• Usage data including pages visited and features used

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Agentera platform
• Enrich your product catalogue with brand intelligence
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Respond to your enquiries and support requests

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery) and when required by law.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for application hosting, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.
